I believe healing happens when we feel truly seen, heard, and accepted.
My goal is to create a warm, compassionate, and affirming space where you can show up as your authentic self, explore what matters most to you, and move toward meaningful change.
As a queer-identifying therapist, I understand how important it is to feel safe, understood, and celebrated for who you are. I welcome clients from all walks of life and strive to provide care that is inclusive, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in genuine connection.
I take a collaborative, person-centred approach to therapy and tailor each session to your unique needs, strengths, and goals. Drawing from evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, Trauma-Focused CBT, and Gottman Couples Therapy, we’ll work together to deepen self-understanding, build practical coping skills, strengthen relationships, and create lasting change.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist, Canadian Certified Counsellor & Trained in EMDR. Taking a holistic and client-centered approach, I value the importance of healing the mind, body, and soul. I offer bilingual services, and I am passionate about helping you on your journey towards living a more fulfilling life. My approaches are grounded in Cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), DBT-informed, Mindfulness-Based and Compassion-focused.
I’ve supported many people struggling with depression and anxiety, substance use, self-esteem and body image issues, disordered eating and emotional difficulties.
My goal is to empower my clients in their ability to face challenges and tolerate their distress. I will work alongside you as you learn tools to develop resiliency and increase your confidence.
